Consistent, fast and always up-to-date
ATIS for simulation.
Navigation and meteorological data aggregated into a single message (ARR/DEP), with airport customization and AIRAC cycle synchronization.
Based on real virtual aviation sources.
An ATIS made for virtual aviation
AutoATIS is a global tool for flight simulators that generates automatic ATIS messages for any available airport, delivering an organized reading for arrival and departure. The goal is to improve your virtual flight flow — from planning to execution — with clear, fast and standardized information.
Search, select and fly
Enter ICAO, IATA, airport name or city
Select the airport (if there is more than one in the same city, you choose)
AutoATIS queries the necessary information and generates an ARR/DEP ATIS with letter (A–Z)
If the METAR changes, an automatic message is generated if you access the screen of the last generated message.
Features
Automatic update
When the METAR changes (message or time), the ATIS is updated and the letter advances.
Fast response with smart cache
Less waiting and more flying time: the system stores the ATIS when it makes sense and recalculates when needed.
Runways and final procedures
ILS, RNAV, RNP and Visual are included in the package to compose a more complete and useful reading in the simulator.
Airport remarks and notices
Some airports have particularities — here this becomes practical information in your reading.
Airport customization (dashboard)
Admins can adjust runway and content preferences. Customized airports are marked.
AIRAC cycle update via Navigraph
Automatically updatable database whenever a new cycle is released, we use Navigraph integration to provide data according to your subscription.
Who is it for
Virtual pilots who want a consistent and fast ATIS in their daily routine.
Communities, VA's and online events that need a standardized reference.
Those who like to fly with more realism, without complicating the flow.
Simulation only (virtual use)
AutoATIS is an exclusive tool for virtual aviation. Do not use this tool for real operations, real flight planning, real-world navigation or any operational decision in civil aviation. For real flights, use only official sources and documents approved for this purpose.
Updated data, the right way for the simulator
AutoATIS aggregates meteorological data and airport information to create an objective ATIS reading. The system uses technical cache for performance and stability and maintains update mechanisms aligned with METAR changes and AIRAC cycles.
FAQ
Is AutoATIS free?
Yes — community project and non-profit.
Is it restricted only to major airports?
No. The project is designed for global use. Support and coverage depend on configured data sources.
Can I use this for real flight?
No. AutoATIS is for simulation only and should not be used in real aviation.
