By accessing and using AutoATIS, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. AutoATIS is an open-source project, developed by the community and non-profit. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use this service.

AutoATIS is a community-driven and voluntary project, developed by virtual aviation enthusiasts. This project has no profit motive and is maintained by the community. All source code is publicly available and may be used, modified, and distributed according to the applicable open-source license.
3. Simulation Use Only
AutoATIS is exclusively a tool for virtual aviation and flight simulation. You agree NOT to use this service for real operations, real flight planning, real-world navigation, or any operational decision in civil aviation. For real flights, use only official sources and documents approved for that purpose. Misuse of this service for real purposes is entirely your responsibility.
4. Service Availability
AutoATIS is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. As a community-driven and non-profit project, we cannot guarantee continuous availability, uptime, or technical support. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the developers, contributors, or maintainers of AutoATIS be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this service. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, business interruption, or any other harm.
6. Third-Party Data
AutoATIS uses data provided by third parties, including but not limited to Navigraph. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. You acknowledge that meteorological and navigation data is provided solely for simulation purposes and should not be used for real operations.
7. Contributions and Open Source
AutoATIS is an open-source project and accepts contributions from the community. By contributing code, documentation, or other improvements, you agree to license your contributions under the same open-source license as the project. All contributions are voluntary and there is no guarantee of financial compensation.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication. It is your responsibility to periodically review these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
